We had a really nice tile at this large house right on the water. It’s the location that makes it great since you can literally walk out the front door and into the clear warm water (we were there in August) on a beautiful bay across from the mountains of Mallorca. The beach is not the most beautiful but that means less people, but the swimming is great. Note that you have to pay for the electricity you use at the house. We stayed for 4 days in the middle of August (read: air conditioning) and it costs just under 20 euros.

Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached house on the seafront in sa Marina. It is located right on the sand and it has capacity for 4 people.
The front terrace, equipped with two sun loungers and a table with chairs, is the perfect place to revel in the peace offered by the sea. Imagine yourselves having breakfast each morning in front of the quiet waters, orangish thanks to the the sunrise beams. You will find another terrace at the back, which is equipped with a wonderful barbecue, ideal for those who want to enjoy their meals alfresco.
The house features all the rooms on the round floor. When you enter, the cosy, warm and bright living-dining room offers a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, TV-Sat and air-conditioning for your moments of relax. The dining area is equipped with a table with chairs for all of our guests. The kitchen is spacious and independent and it has an induction top and all the needed appliances and utensils. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board in an independent room. The house offers two bedrooms in order to rest, both with a closet and AC, and one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower for all the house.
Sa Marina is a small coastal residential area belonging to the municipality of Alcudia. It's very quiet and near the centre of Alcudia that you will reach in about 5 minutes drive. It offers all services for an independent stay as well as culture and leisure. You cannot miss the medieval wall and the traditional street market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Port de Pollensa is also near, about 5 minutes away by car and it offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and wonderful places to visit.

7 guests reviewed this property. Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wie immer war alles perfekt und blitzsauber bei unserer Ankunft.
Amazing location
Die Lage des Ferienhauses war toll! Direkt am Wasser, nicht weit von Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten und weit weg von den Hotels! Wir hatten traumhafte Sonnenuntergaenge die man direkt von der Terasse geniessen konnte und die Kinder haben stundenlang im flachen Wasser gespielt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns haben ein paar Sachen an der Ausstattung gefehlt. Vorallem ein Satz Strandhandtuecher waere schoen gewesen. Die meisten Dinge haben wir aber im nahegelegem Lidl bekommen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt weit weg von dem Touristentrubel und wuerden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Die Insel ist traumhaft schoen und hat so viel zu bieten. Wir waeren am liebsten gleich dort geblieben! :)
See more The home was fine for a quiet stay. You do need a car though as there is very little within walking distance, especially if you have young children. The supplies were sparse - one toilet roll, one bin bag, 2 dishwasher tablets and nothing in the kitchen ( drying up cloths, matches, oil, salt pepper etc. ). You really need to buy everything before you get to the house. That said there are lots of supermarkets close by and Pollenca and Alcúdia old town have great restaurants. The fact that we could open the door and fall into the bay was wonderful - our children loved it! Don’t forget your mosquito spray!! They are everywhere and very feisty. We ended up staying indoors most evenings to avoid them which was a shame. We would probably stay here again, but would come better equipped. Or maybe Homerti will rethink the supplies. The homeowner was very friendly and we got the impression he would do anything to make your stay more comfortable- if you had direct contact and better Spanish than we do :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche! Die Unterkunft war noch besser, als erwartet. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
