This stunning and beautiful country house with a wonderful garden, private pool and jacuzzi on the outskirts of Sencelles welcomes 8 guests.
The fields and forest around this villa will grant a relaxing stay for all of our guests. Imagine yourselves every morning when you wake up, being able to go out to the garden and enjoy the forest views while having breakfast by the chlorine pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.5 to 2 metres. Next to the pool, a fantastic cold water jacuzzi is waiting for you as well as 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun and a shower in case you want to cool down quickly. The barbecue is perfect for your evenings alfresco. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

From the pool area you access the accommodation that comprises two beautiful floors. The large windows allow you to admire the wonderful garden from the living - dining room which is equipped with TV - Sat and AC. You will enter the kitchen from here and this offers a gas stovetop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a second living - dining room on this floor, as well as a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with AC, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. You will find the other two bedrooms upstairs, both with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with independent jetted shower and tub. All bedrooms offer a closet. One AC unit is located at the corridor and we can provide with a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The property is only 2.2 km away from Sencelles, something that will allow you to enjoy the rural environment being at the same time near all services. You will find bars, traditional restaurants and a supermarket among other in the town centre. The city of Inca also is near and perfect for shopping or a nice walk along its central streets. You cannot either miss the street market in Inca that takes place on Thursday mornings. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is in Can Picafort, about 31 km away, a sandy coast along several kilometres becoming a real paradise of turquoise waters.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
