With spectacular views on the sea and the island Dragonera in Sant Elm, this apartment with shared pool is perfect for 4 persons.
After a long day on the beach, it feels great to freshen up and wash off the salt water in the shared chlorine pool, which measures 10x5m, with a depth ranging from 1,4-2m. There is a kids pool with a depth of 1m. The community area also offers a barbecue and an exterior shower. The apartment counts with an spacious private terrace with views over the sea and the island Dragonera. You will enjoy your mediterranean breakfasts and slumbering in the sunshine.

The living- and dining room counts with a kitchenette and is marineishly styled, with sanded woodwork combined with diferent tones of blue, which creates a homely harmony with the sea, without renouncing modern equippment as air conditioning and satellite TV. During the winterseason, the fireplace provides a comfortable place to read a book, over a cup of tea. The kitchenette is perfectly prepared for home-cooking, with an electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher and other utensils. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are hidden behind a door in the hallway.

There are two bedrooms, with two individual beds each, as well as a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is one en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and a second bath with shower. On request, we can prepare an electric heater, a baby bed and a high chair.

Sant Elm is an enchanting little village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, surrounded by pine forest and mountains on one side and the sea on the other, with beautiful sunsets. The beach of Cala Conills has view on the island Dragonera. In summer there are boat trips to this protected area, which is only habited by flora and fauna.
Bikers and hikers will enjoy this area, with great routes like La Trapa. In Andratx and Santa Ponça you will find supermarkets and all kinds of services., whil Sant Elm counts with a grocery store and some restaurants. The golf course of Calvià is 12 km away.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
