Welcome to our house, located in the mountains but very near to the sandy beach. Enjoy a long breakfast at the terrace, in a quiet and Mediterranean environment. You can sunbathe in two sunbeds or prepare a romantic dinner under the starred sky. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours since the house is within a estate.

The inside highlights with a modern and joyful style. The accommodation has just one floor and 160 m2. From the terrace we get into the open concept area where living room, dining room and kitchen share the space.The TV has satellite channels, there is a dining table for 6, and the kitchen has a gas stove, tools, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ideal for 6 guests, the house has three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the last one with a bunk bed. The three of them have a wardrobe and a fan. There is a cot and a high chair available on request. The only bathroom has its own style and its equipped with a basin and a shower.

this modern apartment can be found in Sant Elm, a coastal village in Sierra de Tramuntana. At the centre on the town you will find several restaurants, cafes, ice-cream shops, and a little supermarket; in a few words, all you may need for your stay. The coast invites you to have long walks, with spectacular views over the Mediterranen Sea and the Dragonera
islands. This is a former military base, but today its a protected space. In the summer you can take a boat to visit La Dragonera from Sant Elm and enjoy nature. In Sant Elm you will find a sandy beach where sunbeds and parasols are offered to rent.
