Holiday house Casa des mirador

Situated in Estellencs, in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, with communitary pool. It is prepared for up to 4 people.
There is nothing like sunbathing with these astonishing views on the terrace or swim in the shared chlorine pool, which measures 18m x 9m, surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountain Range. You can even see the Mediterranean Sea from here! There is an exterior shower, to wash off the chlorine, after the pool.

The house itself counts with a terrace with the same incredible views. There, you will find two more sun loungers and a dining table for 4, to enjoy a relaxing after dinner conversation under the starry night's sky.

On the ground floor you will find a cosy living- and dining kitchen, with a fire place, a stone sofa, a dining table and wifi. The open kitchen has a gas stove top, an Italian coffeemaker, a kettle and some basic utensils to prepare a meal. Please note, that there is no refrigerator or microwave. You will find a toilet and a washing machine on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, with two individual beds each, as well as air conditioning and a wardrobe. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and there is another bathroom with a bathtub, for general use. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. You will have access to the library of the 16th century hermitage. On the premises, there are 4 houses.

This house is a paradise for hikers and other open air sports, as well as for people that are looking for something different. It is a secret hideaway from the mass tourism and the all-day life, providing harmony with nature during your stay. If you are travelling with children, please take into account, that you will be walking a lot.

Estellencs is a small village with 384 habitants, which conserves the authentic Mallorcan charm. You will find tranquility in this paradisaical place and its surroundings. In Estellencs there is a small grocery store and some restaurants with a terrace to watch the sundown. The small, untouched cove of Cala Estellencs is a beautiful place to bath. In Andratx, at 18km, you will find all further services.Palma is a 30 minute drive away, with its huge variety in culture, shops, restaurants and activities. If you like hiking, you can go up to El Salt des Putxet or Es Penyal de Son Llarg, or down the tracks of Can Pruaga or Cas Xeremier.

Swimming pool opens only from May - October.
The pool is situated at about 100m from the house.
It is prohibited to make fire/barbecue around the house, as it is a protected area.
Celebration of events is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
There is a communitary parking. You may drive up to the house to drop the suitcases, but it is not permitted to park in front of the house.
Because of the situation of the house, we do not recommend travelling with heavy luggage or with small children.
