Welcome to this beautiful house for 4 guests located at the Andratx outskirts mountains, with a lovely swimming pool.
This special and lovely countryside house is ideal for families, couples or friends who are nature lovers looking for disconnect. The outdoors are so quiet and you will feel very peaceful and relaxed after swimming at its 5m x 3m chlorine swimming pool, with an 1.70 depth, surrounded by a very nice area, perfect to prepare a delicious barbecue and have a wonderful dinner with your loved ones trying a nice glass of typical wine and feeling the Majorcan breeze. The property is all fenced, and you will find beautiful gooses in a enclosed corner.
This house decoration is modest but very nice, and you will find all the necessary amenities that you might need during your stay. It disposes of a comfortable dining-room, with a satellite TV (english channels) and a stone fireplace and mediterranean style wood. It is open to the equipped gas kitchen. In this floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bathroom has acces to the hallway too. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms dispose of wardrobes. You will also find a cot, a high chair, a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. In summer, the mountain area of the island is very cool, but there are 3 fans and AC in each room. In case it gets too cool, there is also central heating.
It is a very special area where you will be able to enjoy the nature to the maximum. For the adventurous ones, near the house you will find Sa Coma Freda route, a wonderful trip with idyllic spots. The house is located not far from Andratx where you will find restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets. At only 5km distance there is Puerto de Andratx, perfect for activities as canoeing or sailing. Is a bit more luxurious area surrounded by unforgettable coves like Cala Marmassen, Cala Racó or Cala de S'Aritja, and different beaches.

Fantastic place to stay with all you need for a perfect holiday house. We loved the quiet and peaceful setting, it was really great place to relax. The house is located off a very narrow road so a small hire car is a good recommendation. But you are close enough to all major amenities so you don't feel cut off at all. We would highly recommend and would have no hesitation to return in the future.

See more Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Juan war sehr fürsorglich und hat sich um unser wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Finca ist für eine Erholung, Entspannung außerhalb der Stadt in der freien Natur einfach einzigartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
We felt very comfortable. Juan was very caring and took care of our well-being. The finca is simply unique for rest and relaxation outside of the city in the great outdoors. We'd love to come back.

The road towards the house is one-laned and its easier to drive on if you have a smaller car. The towns around this house are full of nice restaurants and shops. All in all it was a very nice trip and i would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice location, only 5 min. to the city with supermarkets etc. Some equipment needs to be replaced but in total a very relaxful appartment. My recommandation.

Das Haus ist ruhigbgelegen leider war es bedingt durchbdennstsrken Regen während unseres Aufenthaltes feucht.
The house is in a quiet area, unfortunately it was damp during our stay due to the heavy rain.
Insgesamt hat uns die Woche in dieser Finca gut gefallen. Wir waren zu viert und für diese Personenzahl reicht die Finca platzmäßig sehr gut aus. Es war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings waren die Polster und auch die Liegen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz so rein, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Bäder waren aber sehr sauber und gut - das Problem war nur die Wasserzuführung. Wenn unten jemand geduscht hat, hatte ein weiterer in der Dusche im OG auf einmal kein Wasser mehr. Vom Pool waren wir mehr als begeistert und haben ihn in dieser Woche auch sehr viel genutzt. Eine herrliche Abkühlung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Leider war auch der in der Ausstattung angegebene Sonnenschirm nicht vorhanden, den wir in der prallen Sonne wirklich dringend benötigt hätten. So haben wir dann aus einem Souvenirshop einen gekauft. Die Grillecke hat uns super gut gefallen, ein hervorragendes Grillrost, welches sich wunderbar immer reinigen ließ sowie eine gemütliche, dazu passende Sitzecke. In der Küche hatten wir einen Gasherd/-ofen, wodurch sich die Speisen sehr sehr gut zubereiten ließen. Wir haben leider den in der Beschreibung zur Ausstattung angegebenen Wasserkocher nicht vorgefunden und dann haben uns leider auch die Ameisen ein bisschen genervt. Auf der Arbeitsplatte krabbelten immer ganz viele kleine Ameisen herum, die wir entfernen mussten. Das war leider ein großes Manko in der Küche. Des Weiteren fehlten leider Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, welche ebenfalls in der Beschreibung mit angegeben, aber physisch dann leider doch nicht vorhanden waren. Als wir am dritten Tag mal unsere Duschhandtücher waschen wollten in der Waschmaschine (Waschmittel war keins vorhanden, wir hatten aber unser eigenes mitgenommen), war diese defekt und wurde zwei Tage später ausgetauscht vom Hausverwalter. Der kümmerte sich wirklich gut um Alles. Die Finca verfügte über freies W-Lan, das auch sehr gut funktionierte - immerhin liegt die Finca in den Bergen von Andratx. Die Außenanlage war auch sehr hübsch und top gepflegt, zumal wir völlig ungestört unseren Urlaub genießen konnten. Zu allen Seiten war die Finca abgeriegelt und der einzige Zugang erfolgte nur über ein elektronisches Eingangstor, welches wir immer mit einer Fernbedienung öffnen konnten. Das heißt, es hätte auch niemand Ungebetenes auf der Matte stehen können. Die Betten waren etwas unbequem, aber es ging. Dafür hatte jedes Schlafzimmer einen Ventilator.
Overall, we really enjoyed our week in this finca. There were four of us and the finca has enough space for this number of people. It was clean and tidy, but the upholstery and loungers were a bit old and no longer quite as clean as they look in the photos. The bathrooms were very clean and good - the only problem was the water supply. When someone took a shower downstairs, someone else in the shower upstairs suddenly ran out of water. We were more than thrilled with the pool and used it a lot this week. A wonderful way to cool off in the hot temperatures. Unfortunately, the parasol specified in the equipment was also not available, which we really urgently needed in the blazing sun. So we bought one from a souvenir shop. We really liked the grill area, an excellent grill grate that was always easy to clean, and a comfortable, matching seating area. We had a gas stove/oven in the kitchen, which made the food very easy to prepare. Unfortunately, we didn't find the kettle specified in the description of the equipment and then the ants also annoyed us a bit. There were always lots of little ants crawling around on the worktop that we had to remove. Unfortunately, that was a big drawback in the kitchen. Furthermore, the iron and ironing board were unfortunately missing, which were also stated in the description but were unfortunately not physically present. When we wanted to wash our shower towels in the washing machine on the third day (there was no detergent available, but we had brought our own), it was defective and was replaced by the property manager two days later. He really took good care of everything. The finca had free WiFi, which worked very well - after all, the finca is in the mountains of Andratx. The outdoor area was also very pretty and well maintained, especially since we were able to enjoy our vacation completely undisturbed. The finca was cordoned off on all sides and the only access was via an electronic entrance gate, which we could always open with a remote control. This means that no one uninvited could have been on the mat. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay. Each bedroom had a fan.
See more this place is great, very private and secluded, the pool is great and you are only a small drive from really nice beaches and towns. we went with two little kids and they loved it there, walking in the woods, playing with insects and watching the lizards. house was clean and plenty of outdoor space. highly recommend.

Its necessary to have a car ideally a small one because the path to the house is a little narrow. The pool was my highlight. Everything is very new and clean. I totally recommend this house for people who wants to stay in a quit place but also don't want to be far away from 'everything else'. :)
