The house has four spacious rooms with views to the countryside, the garden or the pool. All of them have enough space to put a cot or a spare bed if it was necessary. There are two full bathrooms in the house.

There is a big living-dining room where you can relax thanks to the comfy sofas. There you will be able to watch satellite TV, listening to music (WIFI) or read a book. The well equipped kitchen will make you feel at home, but you can cook at the BBQ if you wish!

The 140 m2 terrace surrounds the house and the pool. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs, so you can have dinner outside or relax having a drink. The pool is 9 x 4,5 meters large and it is well lighted so you can swim at night! You will find sun beds surrounding the pool. The pool area is completely fenced for the security of the children. There is covered parking for two cars and uncovered space where you can park up to two cars.

The house is located in a quiet and rural area – the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The paths around the plot are a nice place for long strolls through pine and almond trees.

The house is just 4,8 km form Manacor, where you can find everything you might need: supermarket, ATM, surgery, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. It is a lively place with some places you can visit.

In 20 minutes drive you can get to the beaches of Cales de Mallorca or Porto Cristo, where you can as well visit the caves (Drach or Hams).
