The private pool and the well kept, green garden are especially the highlights of this house. The chlorine pool is 12m x 6m and has a depth ranging from 1m to 1.4m. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the ten sun loungers and take a refreshing exterior shower. If you fancy playing soccer with your kids, there's enough space in the sun-filled garden. If you're a chef, you can cook outside thanks to the exterior kitchen. Surprise your loved ones with a homemade barbecue! The terrace and the porch are great for al fresco dining. This one storey house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.

The interiors are designed with a clean simplicity, that will make you feel at home. A bright sitting-dining room offers television via internet, a music equipment, a DVD-player and A/C. During the winter, sit down next to the fireplace and spend a romantic evening, while the fire warms up your toes. Cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen with dining table, big refrigerator, vitro ceramic hob and dishwasher. A washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board can be find in the laundry room.

The master bedroom with double bed has a shower bath en-suite. Besides, there are three bedrooms with two twin beds each, all of them with A/C and wardrobe. There is another shower bath and a bath with bathtub. Three extra beds, a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The air conditioning is centralized.

Set in a quiet and rural landscape, this nice cottage is surrounded by rolling hills and fields. The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling, for example the Ruta Verde which connects the town of Artà with Manacor. In the city of Manacor you'll find supermarkets, good restaurants, banks and everything else you may need for an independent vacation. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the coast and to Cales de Mallorca, Cala Murada and the fishing village Portocolom.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
