Why don´t you start your day with a dip in the 6 x 3 m wide and 1.4 m deep pool filled with chlorine water? For a cooling in between the outdoor shower close to the pool ensures refreshing or you can find your relax on four sunbeds placed on artificial lawn. What about a nice BBQ? Enjoy your family meals directly from the terrace with views over the village. Due to the location directly in the village direct neighbors are present, the property itself is however completely fenced.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with open american kitchen. It is very well equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as all the utensils to spoil your loved ones with a delicious meal. Right next to the dining area, from where one enters directly into the comfortable living area. The entire room has air conditioning and satellite TV. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board round off the equipment on the ground floor. Another bathroom with shower and the two bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two rooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. For the smallest guests, we will provide a baby cot and a children high chair.

The house is located not far from "Sierra de Tramuntana" , the mountain range of the island, declared by the UNESCO as a world cultural heritage. Friends of hiking and cycling will find here a perfect location. There are many marked trails that lead through the mountains, such as the "Barranc of Biniarai" or "Tossals Verds". We recommend you to try the "cardenal", a sweet pastry, one of the most popular sweets of this place. A grocery store and a few restaurants can be found directly in Lloseta itself. Several major service providers are located in Inca, only 5 km far away. For beach lovers we recommend the sandy beaches in the north of the island. Alcudia bay is only in about 30 kilometers distance and offers sandy beaches like Can Picafort and Playas de Muro which are particularly popular with families.
