Welcome to this great villa located on the outskirts of the lovely village of Biniamar, on the way to Lloseta. It offers a private pool and accommodation for 6 people.
You will spend a nice vacation in this great villa with a salt water pool that invites to enjoy some cool laps along the 9 metres length pool with 3 metres width. In addition, after the nice swim you can bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers or on the lawn and then wash off under the spray of the exterior shower. Next, you will cook a succulent barbecue or a delicious recipe in the wood oven. The porch is perfect to enjoy your meals alfresco because it is equipped with a table with chairs and exterior sofas as well as a glazed living-dining room with exit and views to the pool. The property is fenced and, although privacy is total, there are direct neighbours.

The one-storey house has a traditional style in the living-dining room where you can sit and watch the satellite TV or simply rest. The kitchen is in between this room and the living-dining room by the pool, and it is perfectly equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in here. Both living areas are equipped with a wood pellet stove to be warm when it is cold. There are three bedrooms to rest, all of them with a double bed and a fan, and two with a closet. The accommodation features two shower bathrooms, one of them is an en-suite in one of the bedrooms. There are two AC units, one in the living room and the other in the bedrooms corridor.

Biniamar is a small village located in the heart of the island between the towns of Lloseta, Inca and Selva, right at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is the perfect place to know an authentic Mallorcan village and its traditions. Despite its small size, there are some bars and really good restaurants, and bigger Lloseta is only 1 km away, where you will find the basic services like supermarkets as well as bus stop and train station. We recommend you visit some corners of the mountain range like Lluc or sa Calobra and, of course the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia which is the nearest one, located about 31.7 km away.
