You can wake up with the waves rumour and the soft Mediterranean breeze in this villa. The designed infinity chlorine pool with a stepped shape and spectacular sea views is the house main character. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and has a depth between 1 and 2 metres. Sun lovers will lie on one of the 8 sunbeds and refresh at the exterior shower from time to time. The porch with pool and sea views is a beautiful corner to prepare a barbecue or for a long breakfast with your family and friends. At the front of the house you will find a beautiful garden with more than 500 m2 lawn area, a lot of space for a picnic with children. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours since its is in a quiet residential area.

The inside present a modern and cosy style, offering comforts like air-conditioning everywhere, English and German satellite television channels as well as CD and DVD players. The living - dining room offers a comfortable place for a "siesta", to watch a film or have lunch or dinner all together, accompanied by the dreamy sea and pool views. The kitchen has a good equipment, including a gas hob, utensils, a coffee machine and a dishwasher so that you don't have to care about the washing-up. In addition, you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board in the house to make your stay easier. A shower bathroom is also features on the ground floor.

You can rest in five bedrooms in this villa. Two bedroom feature one single bed each on the ground floor (You will have to pass through the 1st to access the second bedroom). On the first floor there are two double bed bedrooms and the third bedroom with twin beds. Two bedroom feature en-suite bathtub bathrooms. On the first floor there is another bathtub bathroom. All bedrooms present central heating, air-conditioning and a wardrobe or a walk-in closet. Two of the first floor bedrooms have access to the sea views terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair under request.

Badia Gran is a quiet urbanisation in the south of Majorca, 8 km away from Cala Blava and 24 km away from Palma de Mallorca. You can visit many dreamy coves and beaches by car: Sa Rapita, Es Trenc, Cala Pi, Ses Covetes and Can Pastilla among others. The island capital is worth a visit and it offers many leisure activities, museums, monuments like the famous cathedral La Seu and the Bellver castle. You can try our good cuisine for instance in the l'Olivar market or in Santa Catalina neighbourhood. The nearest golf course is the so called Maioris and it is only 4 km away.
