Enjoy this fantastic house at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the outside you will find a garden area that revolves around the prefabricated chlorine pool that measures 5 x 5 meters and has a depth of 1.20 meters. Close to it, you will find 4 sunbeds where you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. The 555 m2 plot is fenced and has neighbours around.

The 222 m2 house follows a rustic and comfortable style to spend an excellent holiday along its two floors. All rooms are spacious and luminous. On the ground floor you will find the living room, which has a comfortable chaise longue where you can watch satellite TV while cooling with air conditioning or connecting to the wifi. If you have a cold weather accompanies, you can use the wood stove to warm up. The dining area shares space with the living room, and it can accommodate up to 8 guests. In the large kitchen with ceramic hob you will find everything you need to cook during the holidays, and you will also find a table with 4 chairs in it to cook with your loved ones. On the ground floor there is also one of the bedrooms, with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a basic toilet in this floor.

Upstairs we get to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located. One with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. Another with a single bed and wardrobe, ideal for a child. And finally the fourth bedroom, with a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. On this floor you will also find another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the bedrooms. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a highchair are available. The house also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is an exceptional starting point for mountain biking routes. It is in Calviá, a beautiful and historic town, full of architectural testimonies of a rich past and present. The nearest beach is Santa Ponsa, just 7.5 kms away from the accommodation, with fine golden sand and all services. It is an area full of restaurants and shops to enjoy the holidays.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
