Villa Son matet (son mataclar)

Welcome to this fantastic rustic house on the outskirts of Sencelles with private pool and room for 12 people.
This wonderful villa surprises our guests with the impressive Mallorca style stone building surrounded by the lovely fields and forest. In front of the house you find a great private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and with a water depth between 0.8 and 1.6 metres. Next to the pool we have an exterior shower where cooling down quickly after sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers in case you don't feel like swimming again. The cosy furnished porch invites you to enjoy the best of the banquets after a long day visiting the island. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house comprises 2 floors of spacious and relaxing spaces. When you enter you find the living room which is the perfect place to read a book, chat all together or just rest. Next we have the dining area offering a table for all guests and direct exit to the outside. The kitchen also is independent and it offers a ceramic hob, oven, space to cook and a table with chairs in case you prefer to enjoy your meals here. Here you have the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house features 6 bedrooms in order to rest. There are 4 on the main floor and 2 more upstairs. Five out of six come with a double bed and one has twin beds and it is only accessible through another bedroom. Also 5 of them have a closet. Regarding the bathrooms, there is one with a shower on the ground floor for this level and two en-suites, one with interdependent shower and tub and the other just with a tub. There are two more bathrooms both en-suite with a tub for the two bedrooms upstairs. The accommodation has ducted air-conditioned and 9 radiators.

The property is located within the municipality of Sencelles although the nearest village is Santa Eugenia. Both towns offer all needed services for an independent stay like supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. These two are central towns in the island, perfect to reach any point and visit as many places as possible. We recommend you visit the Tramuntana mountain range or the stunning beaches and coves in Mallorca. The nearest one is in Can Pastilla about 15 km away, although the crystal clear water in Port d'Alcúdia also is worth a visit.
