Welcome to this house located on the outskirts of Binissalem. It sleeps 5 people.

The exteriors are very beautiful, with a wooden pool of 11 m2 with a depth of 1.2 m. There are 2 deck-chairs, a fixed barbecue, a fully equipped porch for spending great evenings and some fruit trees from which you can pick up the fruit.

This 87 m2 house distributed on a ground floor, has three double bedrooms. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There is a bathroom with shower that serves the entire house. The living-dining room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, tv-sat, a/c and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a gas cooker. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Binissalem is located in the centre of Mallorca, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and inhabited by local people, so there is little tourism and you will discover the genuine Mallorca. Still in Binissalem will find all possible amenities, such as supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc. Binissalem is a village of about 7,000 inhabitants famous for producing wine, with Designation of Origin. If you come by the end of September, you will enjoy one the most emblematic festivals in Mallorca, “Sa Vermada” (The Grape Harvest). For two weeks all the people participates in different events in which wine is the protagonist: lunches, dinners, dances, a parade of floats, etc. In just a 30-minute drive you reach the beach of Palma and in just a 40-minute drive, you will be in Alcúdia, where you can find unspoilt coves.
