Villa Ca sa madrina

Great Mallorcan house for 6 people, with private pool, recently restored taking care of every little detail so that our guests can relax and enjoy the peace of the countryside and the area of Andratx.
Pure nature is what surrounds the exterior of this house. Its beautiful views will make you company all the time: while you have breakfast at the porch or while you swim in the pool, which sizes 4 x 2 metres and has a 1.40 metres depth. It is a little above ground chlorine pool and its oval shape turns even funny. You can place two sun loungers around and sunbathe a bit. In the evening, you can prepare the barbecue and grill some food. The property is completely fenced and it has direct neighbours.

The two storey house is decorated in a mixture of styles, from rustic to modern, and with some curious Mallorcan touches. It includes an independent dining room, a renewed kitchen with a gas stove, and a comfortable living room with a satellite TV and fireplace in case it gets cold some day and you want to sir and read by the warmth. All these rooms together with a double bed bedroom and a bathtub bathroom complete the main floor. Going upstairs you will find a second bathroom with a shower and three more bedrooms. One of them has two twin beds, another presents one single bed and the last one comes with a double bed. Three of the bedrooms feature a wardrobe each. A cot and a highchair are also available on request. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found at the terrace.

Andratx is a village located near the sea, with several beaches around like the one of Sant Elm, Camp de Mar or Port d'Andratx. This last also is a village with a luxury environment, ideal for those in search of peace in their vacation but near the village and all services at the same time. Adventure lovers can explore the Tramuntana mountain range with excursions to La Trapa or Coma Freda, for instance. And of course, don't leave Mallorca without coming to know the lovely corners of Banyalbufar, Soller or Valldemossa.
