Welcome to this charming house for 7 people with magnificent views to Tramuntana on the outskirts of Binissalem town.
The outdoor areas are beautiful: spacious garden zones, a chlorinated 10x5-sized pool with a depth range from 0,5 till 2,1m, a fully equipped porch, a BBQ for cooking lovers, a basketball area, a swing for the kids and magnificent views to the countryside.

This rustical 250m2-sized house is distributed over 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms (a double bedroom on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom on the first floor). One double bedroom counts with an ensuite bathroom with a bath tube. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are two bathrooms: one is on the ground floor and another is on the first floor.

A cozy living room is a right place to rest after a sunny day on one of the two sofas or to watch a satellite television. For colder months you have a wooden oven. A fully fitted kitchen with a gas plate offers all the necessary kitchenware to cook delicious meals. You will find also a washing machine, an iron and a ironing board.

The house is located 30km from Palma City and 2.7km from Binissalem town with all important amenities: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars and restaurants etc. Binissalem is a charming town inhabited by 7000 people and is famous for its wine industry. Here you can enjoy meals on the restaurtant terraces with a good local wine with designation by origen. On Fridays you can visit a local market from 8am till 3pm and buy fresh vegetables and fruits.
In 25 minutes you will reach Playa de Palma beach or in 45 minutes you arrive to Puerto de Soller, one of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Visit towns in Tramuntana mountain chain or enjoy a nice weather on the numerous beaches of the island. In this area there are many restaurants with incredible views.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
