Set close to the Tramuntana Mountains in Lloseta, this charming villa features a private pool and can comfortably accommodate 7 people.
There's a 10m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 4m. Have a swim in the private pool or enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun, as there are six loungers and two parasols if you fancy shade. Enjoy great al fresco dining on the poolside porch - maybe a tasty barbecue? - and share laughs and talks with our loved ones. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

Inside, there's a air-conditioned living room with a TV (satellite channels) and a fireplace for autumn nights. The open kitchen with dining table is well equipped, including a gas stove and cooking utensils. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in one of the bathrooms. There are four bedrooms, three double and one single room. Concretely, there's one room with a single bed, two rooms with two twin beds and access to the terrace as well as one double bedroom with A/C and shower bath en-suite. All bedrooms are equipped with a closet. The house counts with two bathrooms with bathtub or shower. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.

The village of Lloseta forms part of the Serra de Tramuntana in the West of Mallorca. The zone is just perfect for hiking and cycling, for example the trail Tossals Verds or Castell d'Alaró (remains of a former castle). Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and everything else you may need for a self-catering stay can be found in the city of Inca, 5 minutes by car. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the northern beaches and the Bay of Alcúdia with fine grained beaches and crystal clear waters.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
