With a simple and cosy terrace where you can enjoy moments of peace by a glass of wine, this town house is perfect for those who love the peace and the nearness to any point at the same time. As it is located in the centre of the island, you can head to the Tramuntana mountain range, the beach and many other wonderful spots in Mallorca.

Inside, a comfortable and traditional living room invites to enjoy your deserved rest while watching the TV-Sat or chatting. Next, you access the dining-kitchen which, on the contrary, features a modern style as well as relaxing. You can cook your favourite dishes on the ceramic top and enjoy them there. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here. The bedroom where you'll rest at night maintains the traditional rustic line and offers a double bed, closet and fan as well as access to the terrace and en-suite shower bathroom. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Binissalem is a lovely town very well known thanks to its excellent wine. That's the reason why you must visit the town square to taste some delicious local wines in any of the beautiful bars and restaurants. There also are supermarkets and all basic services. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is in Palma about 25.8 km away but we recommend you visit the ones in Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort or maybe the beautiful coves the the island hides.
