Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Alles war gepflegt und wie auf den Fotos im Internet dargestellt. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und bemüht. Einzig eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern könnte dieses Haus noch vertragen. Wir haben nachts aufgrund der Hitze kaum und nur sehr schlecht geschlafen. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen da der Rest unschlagbar war.

Set in Binissalem near the Tramuntana mountain range, this lovely town house with private pool can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
This town house is perfect for authentic holidays in the heart of Majorca. The 6.5m x 3m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m is surrounded by a garden with several sun loungers. You can lay sit under the trees and play with your children. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? There's a beautiful porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining. The house is in the town and there are next-door neighbours.
The house has been renovated in 2017 and offers accommodation on 110 m2 and one floor. When entering the house you'll be in the modern sitting-dining room with open kitchen. Sit down on the sofa and enjoy a quiet evening, maybe watching TV (satellite channels) or having lunch with your loved ones. There's a dining table with 6 chairs. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and some utensils. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
You can choose between three simply decorated bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. All three come with a closet and a fan. There are two baths with shower as well as a cot and a high chair in case you come with your baby.
Located in Binissalem, you will find everything you may need nearby like some shops, good restaurants and Spanish tapas bars where you can try our Mediterranean cuisine. The freeway is easily accessible so you can visit more spots on the island. The next sand beach is 25 km away in Palma and it is called Can Pere Antoni. Besides, you could visit the beaches of Alcúdia, Pollença and Can Picafort. The surroundings of Binissalem are wonderful for hiking, cycling and excursions by car through the Tramuntana mountain range.

27 guests reviewed this property. The house is large, spacious and great for a family. It’s well equipped (although perhaps could do with some plastic bowls/ plates for kids). The outside area is great, and the kids loved looking after the tortoises. Unfortunately the pool was freezing (it was October) and so we couldn’t get the most out of that which we’d hoped. We were informed on our arrival that the door to the garden didn’t lock, and this wasn’t fixed during our stay which did make us anxious with 3 little kids. We did find Binnissalem rather desolate (locals told us everything shuts down at the end of September after a busy summer season). However, it’s great for exploring all areas of the island, from Palma, Soller, Formentor etc as it’s in the middle.

See more Accueil très chaleureux de la part de notre hôte qui était présente lors de notre arrivée et lors de notre départ. La maison est superbe et son extérieur aussi. Piscine et terrasse au top. Attention il peut faire chaud en raison de l'absence de climatisation dans la villa (ventilateurs au plafond). Idéalement situé lorsque l'on souhaite rayonner sur l'île. Boulangerie et supermarché proches. On recommande!
See more We had a great stay in this lovely house on the edge of the village. The private garden with heated pool is brilliant and there are 5 turtles to feed which is great for children. The only downside is no air con if the weather is very hot but there are fans in every room. There is a bakery across the street and a short walk to the centre for restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

See more We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The pictures don’t do it justice - it was immaculately clean, really well equipped with everything we could need for our family holiday. The pool area was beautiful - our children spent 8am - 6pm in the pool. The shaded area near the pool was fantastic. The town is lovely - not full of tourists but with lovely little cafes and bars. The hosts were lovely, they were there to welcome us at the start and very responsive on WhatsApp for the couple of questions we had during the stay. Our children absolutely loved feeding the pet tortoises! The only negative, and it did negatively impact our stay was the lack of air-conditioning. It was incredibly hot in the house day and night. It meant there was no escape from the outside heat and made sleeping at night very, very hard. It also meant having to keep doors and windows open to try and get any possible air, but that meant mosquitos inside the house at night. The addition of air-conditioning would make this the perfect holiday house.
See more Wir haben im Juni für 10 Tage mit Freunden und zwei Kindern (3 Jahre) eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Dorfhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits und mit dem Auto 30 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Die Eigentümerin des Hauses hat uns bei Ankunft persönlich in Empfang genommen. Sie stand uns bei Rückfragen oder Anregungen jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Im Garten des Hauses leben 5 Schildkröten. Für die Kinder war es täglich eine Freude, sie zu füttern. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde täglich von uns genutzt. Was wir als etwas störend empfanden, war die Lage der Schlafzimmer, da diese direkt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegen und es nachts sehr laut war. Wir waren dazu gezwungen, die Fenster nachts zu öffnen, da es in dem Dorfhaus nur Ventilatoren und keine Klimaanlagen gibt. Bei 40° Außentemperatur war es schon sehr warm und fehlte im Haus eine Abkühlung.
See more We just loved Cas Berbon from the first second we walked into the house. A clean and welcoming feeling with a outstanding view to the beautiful garden and pool. The owner was welcoming us in the very best way, she showed us how everything worked and treated us with cold drinks after a long flight. Such a great start of a 12 days vacation! We really enjoyed everything with the house and the pool area is so lovely. We travelled with two kids and they loved the pool and the garden (especially to feed the cute turtles everyday!). The house location was great for as we did go to alcudia for beach swims and Palma for dinners! We will definitely be back and we recommend this house to everyone. The owner, and homerti was so friendly and helpful during our stay and answered all our questions in a speedy way! So great. Thank you!
See more Such a great accommodation with real character - lemon trees in the garden and turtles as pets. I especially liked the "Chill Lounge" in the garden where you could have a cup of coffee and some good conversations. The host was really nice and gave us a short introduction in the beginning. From geographical point of view the accommodation was also located very well so that your could reach the city centre in the south, but also the nice beaches in the north very easily. To conclude, we had an excellent time with this accommodation ??

Intérieur parfait, confortable, meublé avec goût, très bien équipé, propreté+++. L’extérieur est tout aussi parfait avec sa piscine, ses citronniers et ses tortues. Propreté irréprochable, la villa est équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Encore mieux qu'en photos, ce lieu est calme, proche de toutes commodités, et la piscine et le cadre somptueux. Notre fils a adoré les tortues ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Isabel war eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.Der Pool hat uns (und besonders den Kinder) sehr gut gefallen und auch die Küche und ihr Ausstattung war optimal auf Selbstversorger eingestellt. Bis zum Dorfplatz von Binissalem sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Finca ist wunderschön und wirklich super mittig von der Insel gelegen. 25 min nach Palma und Alcudja. Wir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen und ein paar Erfrischungen gab es nach dem Langen Flug auch noch obendrauf. Schöner kleiner, aber feiner Pool. Die Finca hat alles was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und einen Grill). Sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Danke hierfür

Una casa muy agradable, muy bien equipada para pasar las vacaciones familiares, con una buena piscina y unas camas muy cómodas. La situación de la casa está bien para moverte por la isla y la anfitriona Isabel, muy amable. El único pero sería la falta de aire acondicionado aunque hay ventiladores en todas las estancias. Hemos disfrutado mucho de las vacaciones en Binissalem.

Y la piscina fenomenal, limpia, con cascada y de agua salada. La casa no tiene aire acondicionado pero hay grandes ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias que lo suplen perfectamente. La ubicación de la casa muy buena, en el centro de la isla, con salida rápida a la autopista que permite visitar todas las zonas de la isla en un máximo de 1 hora. El pueblo Binissalem muy acogedor, con buenos restaurantes y a buen precio. Justo delante de la casa hay una panadería que hacen pan riquísimo y unas ensaimadas que no os podéis perder. Hemos conseguido evitar alojarnos en una zona invadida por turistas, teniendo calma y relax durante la estancia. No gustó · Nos gustó todo.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Dorfhaus. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum und mehr als mitten im Dorf zu erwarten wäre. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr gute Baby-/Kinderausstattung und sogar drei Schildkröten im Garten. Isabella und Juan sind sehr gute, herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.
See more An extremely stylish renovation of a classic Mallorcan villa with just the right blend of old and new. The whole place was very well designed and thought out down to the tiniest details. Even though it is very central in the village it was very quiet with a fabulous garden and pool area, with a very handy bakery right outside as well as private parking space, which is unheard of in the villages. Easy walking distance to some lovely bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Everything in the villa felt brand new and sparkly clean. Even though it was too cold to use the pool it was lovely to sit by it in the afternoon sun. We even had 3 pet tortoises to feed! Isabel & Joan the actual owners of the property visited a couple of time to make sure things were OK and were a lovely welcoming couple. We would loved to have moved in permanently . Highly recommended.
